Cape Coral, on Florida’s Gulf Coast, is flourishing and it’s easy to see why. Set around 400 miles of canals across the Caloosahatchee River from the City of Fort Myers, the town is ideally situated for boaters just minutes from the Gulf of Mexico.

Our luxury villas in Cape Coral come with a modern motorboat as standard because there is no better way to explore this unspoilt Gulf Coast coastline and it’s barrier islands of Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach half an hour away by water or road.

Dropping anchor and wading to one of the area’s famous white sandy beaches to pick some shells and mooring at a waterfront restaurant for lunch becomes a daily reality. Or you may prefer to watch the dolphins, manatees, ospreys, pelicans and try your angling skills to see what draws large numbers of fishermen here from all over the world. The Cape Coral lifestyle is centered on the water and year round sunshine but that is not the whole story.

The area has a wide choice of top grade golf courses, superb tennis facilities, a huge choice of shopping and a vast selection of great restaurants. Cape Coral, on Florida’s Gulf Coast, is pretty much the opposite in style to the developed tourist area around Orlando but is actually just three hours drive from the Disney attractions there and two and a half hours from the cities of Miami and Tampa. Everglades City and the upmarket town of Naples are an hour’s drive while a locally based daily boat service can take you to Key West inside of four hours.

Or you may of course prefer to just do what comes naturally to those that live in this paradise and relax by the pool and savour the superb year round sunny climate and some of the most impressive sunsets you’ll see anywhere.
