Just a quick line to say we have now returned from your lovely villa in cape coral (Deauville, 20/03/11 to 03/04/11). Thank you so much, the villa was wonderful (not a word I use lightly) it was spotlessly clean, fully equipped and so comfortable. The pool was perfect and to be honest we wanted for nothing.
As is often the case on holidays, when approaching the end of your break I find I am ready to return home I just do not want to go back to work!! This holiday I really didn’t want to go home!
We were impressed on how easy you made the entire process from booking the holiday (charging in sterling was a bonus) also the ease to which it all worked.
The Boat was great fun and we went out on it most days and although never managed to spot an elusive manatee we saw dolphins every day and the ospreys were very impressive and I fell in love with the pelicans.
Shane was great, he was very patient with us on our boat lesson and never made us feel as stupid as I am sure we were (being complete novices in the boating world!) He was so patient especially as I tend to be quite OCD when being taught as i want to get it right (poor bloke)
Overall the best holiday we have had for many years and definitely will be looking to book with you again soon so please keep in touch with any news or offers you may have.

Good morning – this time from the chilly but at least sunny ( at the moment ) Isle of Thanet. Thank you for the welcome home letter. We certainly had a most restful, wonderful holiday and can’t wait to go again. I just have to accept that, no matter how many times I go on the Virgin Atlantic website, I cannot book our flights till at least November 13th, and I can’t help but feel guilty about this !
Having strolled along Nautilus Drive and admired the new homes that have been built – huge mansions in some cases – and all no doubt with high ceilings and fantastic furnishings & state of the art appliances, I couldn’t help thinking on returning to our villa that I am sure none of them have the huge deck and 40ft pool that we were enjoying . This was also the case when we went round a new villa on the Osprey books.. really luxurious, everything you could ask for & more – TV’s and walkabout phones in abundance- but not our spectacular view which continued to take my breath away every morning. How I love Nautilus !
So, with a fading tan but very happy memories I say thank you to all at Osprey for yet another fantastic holiday!

A big thank you from all of us as this was the best holiday ever and I for one will certainly be doing something similar again over the next year or two but will probably miss the parks as I was totally knackered by the 5th day.
The Mayfair Villa was superb, lacked nothing and the laid back approach of the owner/operator was in contrast with the first villa.There was no problem with the first, it was also very nice, but lacked the sophistication of the ‘Osprey Touch’ and we were pleased that it came first.
The Mayfair had a significant welcome pack and a well stocked larder and nothing seemed to be lacking. If you want a testimonial just ask?I hope to be contacting you again at some time in the not too distant future and getting your advice and help on another holiday to remember.

Just a quick line to say that (regrettably) we should be away from here by about 10.00am tomorrow. I will leave the key where we found it.Can I also please thank you for, once again, a beautiful villa and excellent touches. Thank you so much.
Also, while I appreciate that you probably have your own contacts, if any of your guests/clients are considering getting married here on the water or want that ‘special’ occasion on an island, please could I recommend Pat & Nancy McCarn of Cape Coral Canal Charters www.capecharters.net . Dee and I got married while we were here and I particularly wanted something ‘low key’ yet special. Pat and Nancy are extremely nice people but they also made a day, complete with some amazing extra touches, which will stay with Dee and I forever!! Nothing was too much trouble for them and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting that special day. Pat is a notary public so can perform the ceremony as well. Truly wonderful people.
Also just to let you know the boat is up on the lift and the batteries turned off. We haven’t been able to use it as much as we would have liked due to the weather but hey ho! I filled the tank at 802 hours and it is just under 808 hrs now so there is plenty of fuel for the next guests. Have to say,……cracking little boat, thanks!

PS. Please can someone feed the family of ducklings that seem to have adopted us and who come by about 6.00 – 6.30 in the evening! (you also need to make a duck ramp on the dock as she is desperate to get the babies out on occasion).

Just got back from colony villa and wanted to say how stunning the place was!! the boat was superb too. also want to tell u that charlie and shane were the best management team we have ever come across in any villa we have stayed in in florida. the service was excellent and immediate for the few minor problems we had including a snake in the pool area! many management companies have been too large and dont know who u are when u phone and too busy to get there in any decent time but charlie and shane were lovely. please pass this onto them. we hope to be back one year in colony or first court as i see now they have a bigger boat. cape coral waterways were excellent and we have much to still explore there. thanks again for all your help too. i will recommend osprey villas to all my friends.

I wanted to let everyone at Osprey Villas know that we had a great time at the Stratford house. We found it very conveniently located, well-equipped, and nicely furnished. We appreciated the groceries and the information book. The neighbors were friendly and helpful too. Captain Tom did an excellent job helping us understand the waterways, the marker system, and maneuvering in tight spaces . We spent a lot of time out on the water, anchored at a couple of nice beach spots and circled Sanibel and Captiva Islands. The house and pool were great, but access to a boat is what made the trip special.
