Since offering our first Cape Coral villa and motorboating vacation in 1994, we have built our business with the help of the many guests who return each year and recommend us to their friends. We understand that your Gulf Coast vacation is very special and our team is dedicated to making your visit to Cape Coral as good as possible.

Our team is small but highly experienced and we know the Cape Coral area extremely well. We take pride in understanding our guests requirements and can advise you on the attractions around the Gulf Coast, in Fort Myers and elsewhere in Southwest Florida. With years of experience and detailed knowledge of our Cape Coral vacation villas we are always able to advise you on your choice of villa. We visit every guest to make sure you are happy with everything and we provide you with an inclusive boat instruction trip too.

Arriving guests can expect the following:
- A welcome note for arriving guests with some useful information including the scheduled arrangements for the boat instruction trip.
- A well presented home complete with complimentary food and drinks.
- Easy to follow road directions and a contact number in case of problems.
- A modern well maintained motorboat and a house equipped with everything you should need right down to the fishing rods, beach towels, hair dryers, gas barbecue and bikes.
- A visit on the first morning by one of our staff to answer any immediate questions followed by a boat instruction trip to ensure guests are as comfortable with using the motorboat as possible.
- Experienced and helpful staff close at hand throughout your stay to offer assistance when needed.
