Our team at Osprey Villas have been offering high quality villa and boating vacations in Cape Coral since 1994 and we will be on hand throughout your stay to answer any questions that you have about the area, or to assist you in any way we can to help you get the most enjoyment from your visit.

Many of our clients have enjoyed this area so much that they have gone on to purchase their own home here subsequently including it in our rental and management program. We have many years of active experience as licensed realtors and are both happy and qualified to assist clients with their search and acquisition of a property if requested.
